We at Charteroak(South West) Limited have been working hard to complete a project in Exeter to satisfy a very important deadline.. to get a tenant finally in place towards the end of this month….. after many months or waiting, due to the previous occupant…………we are nearly there.
Despite the rain and deadlines placed on the team we have been proactive getting a positive result……. Heading towards the finishing line now!!!!

What is it with this weather!!
We at Charteroak (South West) Limited are still battling against the elements that are being thrown at us to complete 2 projects, started last year, and continuing on with 3 more that we have secured in the last few weeks…….. it’s a busy start to 2026, and when the sun comes out we really will start to shine

Cold, Snow, Perma frost…….. it’s not stopping us trying to complete a project at The Strand, Topsham. The garden is finally being created………well soil anyway!!!!!!

It’s been a tough week……and who said running a business would be easy.

Project delays, weather delays, and in general, things “ just not going according to plan”
However we at Charteroak (South West) Limited are a team and it’s important to remember where we started and how far we’ve come………it shouldn’t be easy, or everyone else would be doing it……and someone once said to me….”Hard work is never easy, and easy work is hard to find”

So we have been racing through many jobs, in Topsham, Okehampton and Totnes. A new garden roof, access ramp and landscaping alterations to add to the long list of achievements this year and have another large job starting in two weeks time.

We have a special announcement at the end month, which will also add to the workload and see us into the New Year 2026 with a bang!!!!!!
