Now I’m back to full time PT I have the time for more 1-1 sessions! Spaces are still going to be limited but make sure to book in while you can!

These 1-1 sessions can be weekly, fortnightly or even monthly just for a new programme.

🎉 Officially back to full time PT 🎉

As some of you may know but most probably don’t I’ve been working at a kitchen manufacturers for the last 2 1/2 years alongside PT.

This was something I started during lockdown just to keep me sane and my head above water finance wise.

It wasn’t something I ever thought I’d end up doing or for as long as I have. I’m so very grateful for it and being able to keep my PT business going by doing it but I’m happy to say yesterday was my last day and I’m now lucky enough to have enough between classes PT with my amazing clients and all my care homes I’m now teaching through the help of to go back full time doing what I love!

Here’s to the finishing 2023 on a high and looking forward to growing even more in 2024!

When someone tells me the buffet is open……

Popped down to Plymouth this weekend to see and check out the new that’s just opened and I was super impressed!

So much kit to try 😍 one of which being these curved treadmills! Felt so strange to run on but was awesome to try a couple of sprints.

Even if it does look like the most budget terminator run you’ve ever seen 😂

To everyone who took part in Saturdays bootcamp I’m sorry. I just took myself through the session today and it was bloody horrible 😂😂
