The vast majority of musculoskeletal conditions i treat are caused by repeated micro trauma or stresses. Over time whether its training or working habits they accumulate into a macro injury, tension or overload, causing pain and impacting on your ability to function and perform normal activities of life. More often than not you wont be able to identify a smoking gun cause for your problem, instead its a crumb trail of little thigs over months or even years.

Its been just over a year since i moved locations to Premier Gym & Fitness. Its been a fantastic move and I have a window in my office, what more can you need!

It is my pleasure to announce that I am moving to a new office location.

The new location is Premier Gym, located at the Olympus Business park.

I will be working from the new premises within a matter of days and I expect to be fully established in the new space by the 1st of July. My contact information, phone number and email address will remain the same, as will the website [kirkchiro.gettimely.com].

This change offers me an opportunity to reinvigorate business, continue to care for my existing clients and rebuild and recover from the consequences of the C-19 shutdowns. I look forward to continuing to serve your needs and work with you at my new office.
