The vast majority of musculoskeletal conditions i treat are caused by repeated micro trauma or stresses. Over time whether its training or working habits they accumulate into a macro injury, tension or overload, causing pain and impacting on your ability to function and perform normal activities of life. More often than not you wont be able to identify a smoking gun cause for your problem, instead its a crumb trail of little thigs over months or even years.
