⚠️Exercise & eat protein
⚠️Make sure your kids aren’t eating UPF’s
⚠️Look younger than you are
⚠️Be thin but not too thin
⚠️Don’t drink alcohol
⚠️Don’t spend time on your phone.
It’s no wonder you feel overwhelmed is it?
But maybe, we can start making our own rules.
