I was first put on antidepressants at 16 and told I have depression & anxiety.
But the reason I am here doing this is because I refused to belive that you just have to put up with it, there’s always a way to improve things. I have also been told at different times over the years that I have ocd, bulimia and adhd. Yes, some of these things cause me some issues now.. and I can’t change the way my brain was made, but that’s why I’m always working on myself. There is always something I can learn/do differently to help myself. There are some things that you absolutely can change in your brain! And I like to think I’m helping others do the same!
