On Saturday 21st, two women attended our salon in Hull and received 2 treatments before leaving without making payment.

After reviewing our system, we have discovered the same individuals previously received a further 2 treatments from another location, which also remain unpaid. Due to different staff working on the day, they were not recognised at the time.

In total, 4 treatments remain unpaid. We are a small, family-run business and losses like this have a real impact on us.

This matter has been reported to the police. However, we are giving the individuals the opportunity to contact us directly to rectify the situation and settle the outstanding balance.
