Update from my Breathing Mystery School - A Breath Beyond.

The next A Breath Beyond will be overlit by Archangel Uriel angel of wisdom.
Archangel Uriel works on the red/gold ray with fire element. He is the angel of wisdom and also known as the 'flame of God' and regent of the Sun.

We will have a workshop dipping into the archetype of this wonderful Archangel. I'll share information as we connect and invoke Uriel, followed by a meditation and breathwork as we open up to the gifts of Uriel urging us to take action, create peace and find spiritual wisdom. It feels exciting to bring in Uriel at this time of turbulence in the world and I'm excited to share with you.
I am definitely called to offer this work for you in March - the energies are so aligned to Archangel Uriel and I feel that this will support us as we move forward into the activity and vibrancy of Spring.

A visit to Julian’s Bower recently has inspired me to offer my signature breathwork in the labyrinth.

Labyrinths are powerful spaces - synonymous with mystery, pilgrimage, mindfulness and even heroic quest.They are used as tools for psychological and spiritual development and transformation. Not to be confused with the maze where one might get lost with confusing twists and turns. You won't get lost in a labyrinth because the path always leads inwards to a central point and retraces your steps safely out again.

Join this conscious connnected breathwork and journey to breathe in the labyrinth in your own deep centre.

We will have a workshop dipping into the folklore about this wonderful Goddess, consider working with our waters and springs, a guided meditation and breathwork seeking her blessings and guidance as we open up to the fertility and creativity of the Spring season.

The start of February marks festival of Imbolc, in the Celtic calendar as life begins to stir in the land. Join me and Breathing Space on Monday morning for a breathwork journey inspired by the Celtic goddess Brigid, keeper of the sacred flame, poet, healer and midwife of spring.

As Brigid breathes life into the land and spreads her green cloak to spark fertility over the land we invite warmth into the body, soften what has been held through winter and breathe new life into places ready to awaken.
