Today we see the comet, 3I/Atlas come closest to Earth on its massive journey. It is amazing that something 7 billion years old from outside our Solar System that's never been here before is coming close to us tonight. It feels special and many of the channellers are saying this is bring in new light codes, a high vibration loving boost to assist us at this time. The timing is really amazing too with our new moon in Sagittarius.

I’m holding a little vigil tonight. Combined with a check in discovery call for my 12 Breaths of Christmas journey which is all about visioning.

I'd like to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to join in with a little light breathwork, meditation and contemplation tuning into this Interstellar comet.

My Tuesday evening offering this week is preparing for Christmas. In a 2 hour zoom workshop, 6-8pm, we’ll spend some time recalling our Christmas past, any karmic legacy, the gift of presence, and visioning our Christmas yet to come. I’ll share some useful techniques to deal with stress and challenges of the season.

A guided meditation will skip forward to future Christmas and a visioning session full of Christmas magic powered by conscious connected breathwork.
