Just over 2 weeks to go until the launch of CGX kids fitness club at Hessle community centre.
Our kids classes are suitable for all kids age 5 - 8 (ages are flexible) and
we focus on creating a fun,safe environment for kids to just be themselves and have fun together without even realising they're exercising.

AND they get to try lots of different exercise styles and activities so there really is something for all kids☺️

We're offering the first class free so the kids can give it a go plus you can book and pay for a 2nd class for half price.

We had a fabulous time this week introducing 2 Les Mills Born to Move classes into a Hull school - the kids certainly burnt off some energy and we all had so much fun 😊

Tomorrow's kids fitness class is all about variety☺️we're gonna make some noise with our drumsticks,dance to our own rhythm and chill out with a yoga game to finish so bring the kids down to Cottingham sports pavilion tomorrow at 4pm and give them the opportunity to experience the amazing benefits of exercise in a fun,safe environment ❤️

We would just like to wish all mother's a very happy mother's Day and remind you all that you are amazing❤️
it's been a tough year for all mums,from home schooling,to keeping them happy and entertained and not forgetting those with grown up children who have been unable to see each other but we have survived because we are strong and fabulous!!!!!
