Packages available include respite, convalescence and palliative provision. We Care Group provides nursing, residential, dementia and respite care in over 30 specialist care homes throughout England. We’re a forward-thinking, innovative and highly experienced team that provides personalised care in a safe and supportive environment to our residents who live in our homes with dignity, choice and independence. With almost 20 years expertise in the older people's sector, our highly trained staff colleagues are experts in delivering award winning care. We develop our staff care colleagues to deliver high quality care and support, providing safe, secure and specialist care to residents so they can live fulfilling, rewarding and happy lives. Our ongoing investment programme means all our homes are well presented and maintained to help our residents feel at home. And we’re opening new homes over the coming years to bring our much-needed services to more locations.
