What a weekend! 💫
It’s been full-on, busy, fulfilling, and honestly just one of those weekends that fills your cup… but also reminds you that there’s a lot happening behind the scenes too. Sometimes, life feels like a juggling act—goals, emotions, responsibilities—all moving parts that don’t always make sense in the moment.

But here’s what I keep coming back to:
Stay focused. Trust the process. Have faith. 🙏
Not everything will click all at once, but if you stay committed, write your goals down, and hold yourself accountable—those little steps lead to big shifts.

To my beautiful crystal healing community — thank you for being here. 🌿 Over the years, I’ve watched so many of you grow, heal, and reconnect with your inner light through the power of crystals. Now, I’m so excited to share that I’m expanding this journey to include Life Coaching! 💫

Today we have a beautiful full moon in Sagittarius, Uk 🇬🇧 time 08.43am.

Some of you may have already felt this energy within the last 9 days or so. I’ve been feeling it very strongly and the dreams have been really vivid.

When we allow ourselves to let go of the past it enables us to free ourselves and to embrace the changes coming in for us.

Whilst change can be fearful, it’s what’s needed to ensure we stay focused and on the right path. Sometimes detours are unforeseen but we always end up back where we are meant to be.

Look on this full moon as an invitation to follow your own path.

This moon also enables us to speak our truth, but this needs to be done with love, kindness and compassion and not from ego. It’s a case of listening more rather than going off on a tangent.

As always, focus on your dreams and wishes and be clear to the universe when you’re sending up your wish list. Keep it simple and don’t complicate it.

Open your heart to welcome in healing, health, love ❤️ happiness, joy and abundance.

Send out gratitude everyday for everyone and everything in your life and watch things magically happen.

A bit cloudy up there today, but I’ll miss this spot, it's been such a peaceful place to reflect.
Life moves fast. We’re often so busy reacting that we forget to ask ourselves, “How am I really doing?”
Self-reflection isn’t about judging yourself, it’s about getting to know yourself. It’s taking a moment to pause and check in with your thoughts, feelings, and choices.
✨ Am I living in line with what matters to me?
✨ Am I reacting, or responding with intention?
✨ Am I growing, or just getting by?
When we stop and reflect, we start to see things more clearly. We learn, we heal, and we grow.
So take a moment, journal, meditate, go for a walk. Whatever helps you tune in.
💫 Awareness brings growth.
💫 Honesty brings healing.
💫 And peace? That comes when you start choosing you.

What are you wearing in your bra today? I’ve got the beautiful Lepidolite, I just love the feel of this stone, it’s known as the grandmother stone as it’s so nurturing and calming. A great stone for times of transition and change 💜
