You may have seen in practice or have received a text about our 100km in May Challenge and we'd love you to join us!

Walking is one of the simplest ways of staying healthy and we've set up lots of walks throughout the month for patients to join our staff and increase their steps.

To reach the target of 100km in May, it's around 4500 steps a day - the NHS recommends between 7000-8000 daily, so 100km is a manageable target.

You can turn up to any of the below walks and to see where you are on the leaderboard with other people, download the StepUp app and use the QR code to join the HASP challenge leaderboard.

We'd love to see you there!
