If you'd like to join our next Community Clean Up its on Tuesday 29th July at 10am around Park Health Centre on Holderness Road.

All equipment is provided and children are welcome as long as they are supervised by a responsible adult.

If you'd like to join in, text us on 07902 950669 with your name, GP surgery followed by LITTER and we'll reply with more information.

Our next Wellbeing Walk is on Wednesday 16th July at Lorenzo Way Park. If you're not sure where it is, it's tucked away just off Southcoates Ave, HU9.

For this one, we're asking people to bring their dogs along if the weather permits - don't bring your pooch out if it's too hot! There's no better reason than to get some steps in that giving our furry friends a good walk in the fresh air.

We'll be there with ours and we'd love for you to join us. You can just turn up to meet us or drop us a text on the below number 😄🐩🐕‍🦺

We still have some appointments for your cervical screening test in our extra clinics this week. As it's Cervical Screening Awareness Week, we'd love to try and encourage anyone overdue for their smear to book in with your GP surgery.

1 in 3 women don't attend for their smear test and we want to change that. Call your surgery and arrange an appointment at a time that suits you.

Our next Community Clean Up is on Saturday 14th June at Orchard 2000 surgery on Hall Road. We'll be meeting at 9am for around an hour's litter picking in the local area and we'd love for you to join us.

All equipment is provided and children are welcome as long as they are supervised by their accompanying adult.
