Looking to develop advanced clinical skills while making a real difference to patients who need urgent care?

✅ Assess, diagnose and treat patients via face‑to‑face, telephone and digital consultations
✅ Manage undifferentiated illness, minor injuries and acute presentations
✅ Work closely with partner services to provide seamless care
✅ Develop advanced practice skills with ongoing support

We’re looking for caring, reliable people to join our Urgent Treatment Centre team and support urgent care services when people need help most.

In this role, you will be:
• The first point of contact for booking in patients
• Supporting GPs to facilitate patient home visits during out‑of‑hours periods
• Managing telephone enquiries and providing clear, helpful information
• Ordering and managing stock to help keep services running smoothly

You’ll work as part of a welcoming team, helping create a calm, safe and supportive environment for patients. Full training and support are provided, and transferable skills are very welcome.
