Wednesday evening yoga class:
Last week our practice was all about creating space in the body — particularly through the front body and breath.
This week we’re building on that by adding a little more strength, not to push anything further, but to support what’s already opening.
You might notice things feel a bit more steady and active in places, but the intention is still the same: moving in a way that feels spacious, supported, and unforced.
