Your body is essentially a storage unit for the emotions you haven't had the chance to process yet.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) otherwise known as Tapping is like a pressure relief valve for your nervous system.
By tapping on specific meridian points while acknowledging exactly how you feel, you’re sending a signal to your brain that it’s safe to let
go.
