Supporting and empowering women means I am always looking for fresh ideas, but unfortunately creativity doesn’t always show up when you need it!
So sometimes I need a little helping hand…

I love people watching (preferably over a glass of wine!) Real conversations and emotions help me to connect deeper with the women I support.

Walking on the beach with Keira & Biscuit clears my mind and sparks new ideas.

Reading & learning, whether it’s my Mental Health Awareness course, a great book, or even a good old-fashioned murder mystery, helps me discover new perspectives.

Chatting with women I support often leads to great ideas. Their struggles, wins, and questions shape what I create.

⭐ Clients Top Tips ⭐

• Sparkling water and water flavouring is delicious and helps you feel full (and I don't normally like sparkling water) add orange water flavouring and you have a tango!!!!
🍊🍉🍋💦🥤💪

• Chop your bars into half length wise and then into smaller pieces and pop in a bowl .. when you eat them piece by piece it takes longer and you feel fuller.

• Jelly pots... these are a saviour and help with sweet cravings!

• Flavoured water and the Golden Veg flavouring are ‘go to’ tips in times of craving....

• A top tip is to have pop squares in your bag so if your peckish eat one of those slowly.

• Store your shopping list in your groceries store account after you create your weekly menu, that way is easier to order online without adding extras as temptations. If you go in store, never go hungry and keep this list with you.

• Prep all the way with food, the weeks when I have been bad has been weeks where I haven’t actually thought about dinner and plans with work.

• Reminders on my Alexa at home to do things

• Remember your a human sometimes we make mistakes it’s ok just get back on it!

• My top tip....drink all your 2.25 litres of water every day! If you forget...use free Water Apps on your phone.

• My top tip.......Now I'm maintaining I always like to have a product a day.
• 1. To help me with calorie intake through the day.
• 2. Because I think it reminds me of what I have been able to achieve with this truly amazing diet.
• 3. Well frankly they are just yummy.
• 4. Friends and colleagues ask what your having great talk point!

I once stood in a changing room and wanted the floor to swallow me up… because the biggest size didn’t fit.

It wasn’t just about the jeans, it was about how far I’d let myself go.

Or so I thought.

Truth? I hadn’t ‘let myself go’. I’d been looking after everyone else and that was ok but…

Starting the 1:1 Diet was the first thing I’d done just for me, in years.

And now those jeans? Too big.

I headed to the beach, this weekend, not because I was falling apart, but because I could feel the build-up.
Life had been loud.
Emails, WhatsApp groups, huge laundry piles just lots of noise.

I love be the sea! That’s a different kind of silence or noise.
Just me, the waves, and space to breathe.
Yorkshire doesn’t take the chaos away, but it gives me the pause I need to face it head on 💙

“I’ve failed so many times, what if this is just another one?”

Is this the voice in your head every time you think about starting again?

🙄 You know the drill.
😩 But you also know how many times you may have started and stopped.
🫣 The shame of telling people “I’m doing it!” only to quietly give up a few weeks in.

Sound familiar?

Here’s the thing no one talks about:
Trying again doesn’t make you a failure. It makes you BRAVE.

Every time you pick yourself up, despite the disappointment, the doubts, your inner critic, you’re proving you haven’t given up on you.

Mental health isn’t just something I support, it’s personal.

Watching my gorgeous daughter struggle with her mental health has been one of the hardest things I have ever experienced. Seeing someone you love battle with their emotions, feeling lost, overwhelmed, and sometimes hopeless, is heartbreaking. And as a parent, you just want to make it better, but unfortunately it’s not that simple.

Her journey has opened my eyes to how misunderstood mental health struggles can be. There’s still so much stigma, so much judgment, and nowhere near enough support for those who are really struggling.

That’s why I’m passionate about raising awareness and wanting to help people feel heard, understood, and supported.

It’s not just about awareness, it’s about real conversations, real change, and making sure no one feels like they have to go through it alone. If sharing our story helps even one person feel less alone, then it’s worth it.

There was a time when I couldn’t go a day without raiding the biscuit tin.

It wasn’t about hunger, it was overwhelm, boredom, sadness… all the things no one talks about.

I thought I needed more willpower.
