An exciting opportunity has arrived for an enthusiastic individual to work with Tulip Mental Health and Community Care Limited.
The Service aims to provide a homely and safe environment. We aim to provide support to encourage and enable the people in our care and our colleagues to reach their full potential together.
We currently have a 5-bed service where you will be supporting the people in our care in a kind, caring, positive and therapeutic way. The aim of the service is to support the people in our care to engage in the community, education, and vocational activities with the aim of promoting independence.
You will be based within one of our New Residential Homes based in Hull.
