This is our EAST site at Park Health on Holderness Road.
When speaking to most patients, they feel anxious about visiting the doctors, not knowing where to go, which desk, what to say or do.

Hopefully this will give you an insight of what we look like from the outside, in..🏠
We have two Gp rooms at this site, as well as one nurse and one HCA room which you would find upstairs.

We are very proud to be supporting Mission Christmas Cash4Kids again this year and will be accepting donations from TODAY!!

If you'd like to be involved, please donate a gift for children aged 0-18 into one of our surgery's reception desks.

We made a big difference last year and collected hundreds of gifts so children in poverty can wake up with a gift on Christmas morning.

Hayley and Tracey are our practice nurses at Kingston Health.
They work across both sites dealing with all long term condition reviews, including diabetes, heart reviews, smear tests and many more.

Hayley and Tracey also visit our housebound patients and carry out reviews at home for patients aswell.

All of our practices are taking part and will be accepting donations from Monday 17th November.

If you'd like to be involved, please donate a gift for children aged 0-18 into one of our surgery's reception desks.
