At Pole 4 Fitness, we aim to help you through our pole dance program in a supportive and progressive way.
We have instructors from all kinds of backgrounds, so whatever your style of pole, we've got you covered!
Dedicated to getting you to become the best version of yourself by empowering you to feel the fear and do it anyway, push pass your limiting self belief, embrace you - for who you are, love your body and what it can do.
We offer classes to cater to any level, and frequently have beginner courses starting. This class is suitable for any age or ability but we don’t recommend you participate if you are very overweight, have any limited mobility or a disability that affects your grip strength . Exceptions are made at the instructors discretion so please call us if you are unsure whether you are suitable for participation.
Our studios are dedicated to pole and are well equipped to cater for small groups of up to 9 without having to share a pole. Lessons can be booked in 4 week blocks or individual private lessons (just you and who ever you bring to join you)
