They believed that everyone would be really good, super thin, flexible, strong and probably able to do new moves first time!

Be honest…

Think back to when you were 20.
Full of energy, opinions, and probably saying things like:
“I’ll never let myself get out of shape.”
“I’ll always look after my health.”

Now fast forward to today.
Would that version of you be proud… or just a little bit embarrassed?
Not because of how you look but because of how you’re treating your body.

At Pole 4 Fitness, we aim to help you through our pole dance program in a supportive and progressive way.

We have instructors from all kinds of backgrounds, so whatever your style of pole, we've got you covered!

Dedicated to getting you to become the best version of yourself by empowering you to feel the fear and do it anyway, push pass your limiting self belief, embrace you - for who you are, love your body and what it can do.

We offer classes to cater to any level, and frequently have beginner courses starting. This class is suitable for any age or ability but we don’t recommend you participate if you are very overweight, have any limited mobility or a disability that affects your grip strength . Exceptions are made at the instructors discretion so please call us if you are unsure whether you are suitable for participation.
