Most physios won’t change up your programme or let you progress your rehab until you can reach the above criteria.

These numbers can vary but will depend on your baseline measures too.

Best practice guidelines and post-op protocols can follow a similar criteria.

The scores can also be used as an injury prevention guide and work with lower back issues too!

As always - consult a professional and work within your current limitations.

These are milestones to work towards, not targets to achieve tomorrow!
