WRPF Nationals Comp
Thank you for such a well run comp, great venue . It was a privilege to compete alongside such strong (but very friendly) lifters. Thank you coach as always for all your hard work 😊

Unfortunately, my performance was absolute pants.
Squats - no lift, all too high
Bench - 97.5kg ✅ managed 105kg but my arse lifted so no lift
Deadlift- 162.5kg ✅ , 172.5kg not there.

Lots to work on and learn from.
