I wanted to share the videos of my lifts yesterday at in Warrington (a great gym and they had delicious cakes!)

Thank you for such a well organised comp. You all worked really hard and were so encouraging.

What a great bunch of strong lifters! I loved watching everyone.

Here’s what I got-
Squat 132.5kg, 142.5kg, 147.5kg
Bench 95kg, 100kg, 102.5kg British Record
Deadlift 160kg, 170kg

Thank you Coach for everything! Back to training at our one and only next week.

GRIT: PUSH/PULL 2024

What an absolute stellar day from start to finish. Some great lifts and absolutely tons of personal records set 👌

Thanks to all the competitors who turned up today, put on a show, and gave it their all.

Congratulations to our winners (who hit an unofficial World Record) and with an outstanding overall performance 👏

Well done to the runners up and hitting some massive personal records in the process 💪

Thanks to my partner in crime for taking control, ensuring it all ran smoothly and to a tee!

A huge thank you for allowing us to use the facilities to make this all happen.

A big shoutout goes to all the helpers who took time out of their Sunday's to come along, help out, and support the strength community (I will contact you all later on and thank personally)
