Another year, another birthday with the women that was my rock, my strength and courage for everything I did in life till she left us.

16 year old, lost everyone in the blink of an eye, becoming a young soulless mum at 17 had no clue or direction to take becuase I had no family around for support. Homeless, sofa surfing with a baby, trust me nothing comes easy in life for some so don't always judge a book by its cover.

But every inch of pain, and experience of hurdles in life has taught me has made me the women I am today,
Compassion to help others, be resilient, strong, empowered and to always never give up and fuking go for it.
The last few years I feel my life experiences as helped so many of my job roles from, nhs, prison, community, volunteering,mental health, community, kids with behaviours in all backgrounds, and saving so many life's is were I thrive the most ❤️ every part of me and sector I work with is from every life experience I have gone through, I have felt it, lived and dealt with it..

If today you read this I am using my upsetment to realise how far I have come and anybody can too.

I am a perfect walking example that anything can be achieved. I could of took the opposite direction in life to turn to drugs and alcohol l, homeless but nowni choose to help becuase I know with the right MINDSET we can all have that purpose and why...

Today, I experienced a positive aspiration during my client’s treatment. This is an important reminder that safety always comes first.

Aspiration before every injection is a vital step in ensuring the product is not placed within a blood vessel. By taking my time and performing this safety check consistently, I’m prioritising my client’s wellbeing and following correct clinical protocols.

If you ever see this step during your treatment, don’t be alarmed — it simply means your practitioner is being thorough, professional, and dedicated to your safety.
