You are not “too emotional.”

• You feel anxious for “no reason”

• You’re exhausted but wired at the same time
That’s not a personality flaw — that’s a stressed nervous system.
As women, we carry so much — kids, business, relationships, expectations, hormones, responsibilities. And most of us were never taught how to come out of fight-or-flight.
Regulating your nervous system is not a luxury.
It’s not “woo.”
It’s foundational.
