When it's freezing cold, wet and miserable and you want to catch up with your friends what do you do..

Book a girls night in pamper package!
Last night my lovely client Georgia booked a night in for her and 6 of her best girlie's. We transformed her lounge in to a mini spa, xmas lights to make it cosy and aromatic scents from the oils.
Massages, stunning food ( bless her she even saved me a plate) and drinks.

I posted about this at the weekend and this is last time I'm going to say it!

If you make an appointment it's your responsibility to show up for it or give notice if you can't make it!

I get its a difficult time of year, money is tight for people so you mayb can't afford your appointment. You have xmas to pay for. Your bills are goimg up and leaving you a bit short this month but guess what so do I and if people don't show up I cant provide for my family either.

All I ask if for the heads up.. notice to give me an opportunity to re book someone else in

I've lost a whole weeks wage over the last 3 weeks with people just not showing up for appointments or dropping me a text 10 mins prior to there appointment saying "soz hun can't make it"
Its not fair, im still driving to work, heating my room up, getting products out ready for your appointment.

From January all appointments will require a 50% non refundable deposit if cancelled with out 24 hours notice.

No deposit no booking.

I hate to post stuff like this but I can't keep doing it.

As a small, independent massage therapist, I genuinely value every client who chooses to book with me. Each appointment is time I carefully set aside to prepare the room, tailor treatments, and ensure you receive the best possible care.

When someone doesn’t arrive for their appointment, especially without any notice, it has a real impact. Not only is the session time lost, but it also affects my ability to support my family and keep my business running smoothly. As a solo therapist, every appointment matters.

If you can’t make your session, a quick message is all it takes. Letting me know in advance means I can offer the space to another client who may be waiting, and it helps me continue providing flexible and affordable treatments for everyone.
