Realx and rest for Georgie this morning..
she treated her self a neck back and shoulder massage, head massage, foot soak and massage and facial this morning.
she floated out of my treatment room

I had a spare hour this morning befor my first client..

I could of spent it at home cleaning my house, doing a big shop or the ironing but nope.
I chose to have an hour to my self in my little sanctuary of peace.. my treatment room so here a little video what i got up to..

first off I had a lovely 20 min foot soak with Epsom salts and bubbles along with bubble jets and massage rollers..
then I thought my skin feels a bit tiered and crap so I gave my self a little facial..
(so hard to film this on my self BTW and I couldn't be bothered with my ring light because it falls over and it's just more stress)
so I did a triple cleanse
steam cleanse ( i love this)
exfoliated and cleared out my pores ( i love seeing all the crap on the cotton pad)
followed by a rebalancing mask,
tone, ice globes for the eye bags and puffiness
mositurize and hyaluronic acid serum

I feel relaxed now and ready to start my day 😍

September 21st would have been my mum's 63rd birthday.
She unfortunately passed away in 2023 after suffering from a brain tumor!
She was the most inspirational woman to me, so strong, fearless and brave!

To mark this occasion I am raffling of gift voucher worth £60 to raise money for Dove House Hospice who provided her with amazing care.
