Tonight we’re heading to the Hull & East Yorkshire Business Awards with our whole office team — they are at the heart of Sirius & tonight is about celebrating them 💙

A huge, heartfelt thank you to our amazing office team who work so hard each and every day. In addition to their full-time office roles, they also work together to share the load of an on-call rota — including 6.30am starts, 10.30pm finishes, and weekend cover — all to provide first-rate telephone support, guidance and emergency backup for our 60+ superstar carers out in the field 🌟

Their dedication, resilience and commitment are the reason we are 1 of just 3 finalists in the Best Place to Work category. What an achievement — and it belongs to them 🙌

We’re proud to be a local, family-run business based in Anlaby, West Hull and we genuinely care about the quality of service we deliver to each and every one of our clients across Hull and the East Riding towns and villages.

We’re family, when family can’t be there

We know from experience that great carers can make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives. Particularly when family can’t be there, we can provide much needed companionship and social interaction, as well as professional, practical support.

We recruit our carers based on the ‘Mum Test’ - in addition to the standard recruitment processes you’d expect from a home care agency, at Sirius we only recruit people that we’d trust to look after our own family – we feel that’s the very best test we can do.
