As we come to the end of Summer, approaching darker nights, darker mornings and a little more of a chill in the air, we tend to lean towards staying in, having less social time, more screen time and the temptation to reduce our physical activity and movement!

At Humber Injury Clinic we’re a big believer in exercise and movement as one of the best ways to keep muscles, joints and tendons healthy and reduce pain, stiffness and keep function!
