It has become necessary to fully implement a solid cancellation policy that going forward will effect everyone.
Keeping a small business going these days is no easy task. Every late cancellation gives a jolt of panic in your stomach as you know there is no time to fill it. Even with that cancellation, staff still need to be paid, gas & electric still need to be paid, rent still needs to be paid stock still needs to be bought. But that cancellation means….. no income for that hour / couple hours that you have now cancelled.
We absolutely understand things do come up in the form of health, work, childcare etc but unfortunately we still have our livelihood to think about.
Because of this and how bad late cancellations have got we will be implementing a very strict policy that regardless of the reason you have to cancel you will need to adhere to our policy, which is as follows.
We require 48 hours minimum for a cancellation (the more notice you can give us the better)
Cancelling the day before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your treatment.
Cancelling on the day or not showing up to your appointment will incur a 100% charge of your treatment.
This is regardless of whether you re-make the appointment as the appointment you have cancelled / missed has been a loss of income to us.
No fuss made, a payment link will be sent you your mobile number where you can quickly and easily pay the fee.
Once again, this is absolutely nothing personal we know things do crop up but if you have made an appointment with us you are automatically adhering to this policy.
Our time and appointments are our income, please respect that.
