Invite calm and intention into the room. Let the flame remind you of the light you carry within.
🌬 **Breathe**
Close your eyes. Inhale slowly through the nose.
Exhale gently through the mouth.
Repeat 3 times, releasing the day with every breath out.
🌿 **Anoint**
With a drop of oil, softly touch your **third eye**, **temples**, and **wrists**.
Bless your intuition, your thoughts, and the sacred work of your hands.
🤍 **Hand to Heart**
Place one hand over your heart. Feel its rhythm.
Begin to repeat softly, aloud or within:
*I return to myself.*
*I am held.*
*I am safe to rest.*
🧘♀️ **Reflect & Rest**
Move gently or remain still.
Let effort fall away.
Let nourishment arrive.
✨ Close by whispering:
*I honor the sacred woman within me. I receive rest with grace.*
