What’s done is done — learn from it, grow from it, but don’t live in it. Every new sunrise gives you a fresh start, a clean slate, and a chance to do better than before.

I want to get in shape BUT… 🫣✨
• I want to go out every weekend 🍹
• I love a couple of takeaways each week 🍕
• I can’t be bothered to track my food 📱🙄
• I’m busy with work and have no time ⏰
• I make excuses when it’s dark, cold or raining 🌧️

Sound familiar? 👀

This was exactly where so many of our Parrish Nutrition ladies were before they started with us.

👉 Eating well Mon–Thurs, then undoing it all at the weekend.
👉 On the right track, but lacking accountability.
👉 Stuck in the “start again Monday” cycle.

Eating healthy isn’t about cutting out your favourite foods or living on lettuce leaves 🥬 — it’s about nourishing your body so it can perform, recover, and thrive! 🌟

When we focus on balance over restriction, we create sustainable habits that make us feel good inside and out.
✅ Fill your plate with colour — think lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbs.
✅ Don’t fear whole food groups — carbs, fats, and proteins all play a role!
