- Training & Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Training and Quality Manager to join our team at Wellington Care.

As the Training and Quality Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Registered Managers and Service Managers to maintain staff skills and knowledge in line with legislative, company, and good practice requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the quality of care and support delivered by our staff and actively participate in resolving concerns related to service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should already hold a minimum of level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care and / or a Level 3 PTTLS Award in Education and Training or equivalent.
