City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP) provides local health and care services in communities across Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley, Liverpool and St Helens A growing co-owned and for better profit business providing a wide range of health and care services to over half a million people across numerous geographical areas (Hull, East Riding, Knowsley and St Helens). Our Bransholme Urgent Treatment Centre will be closed overnight from 8pm today (15 April) and will reopen at 7am on the 16 April for essential maintenance.

If you or your family need medical help, please call NHS 111 and they will be able to direct you to the most appropriate service.

At City Health Care Partnership CIC (or CHCP as many know us) we provide health and care services in the communities across Hull, East Riding, Knowsley, St Helens and Wigan to help reduce the need for acute care in hospitals through early intervention, community-based treatment and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. We have over a million patient contacts every year. We provide over 80 different services in the community, including district nursing, TB clinics, community paediatric nursing, health visitors, school Nurses, sexual health, dentistry, public health, prison health, GP practices, palliative care, urgent care, eating disorders and psychological wellbeing to name but a few.
