6 Week Nature Therapy Course 🌿

This is something I’ve been wanting to bring together for a while.

Not just one session… but a space where people can come each week, slow down, and actually feel the difference over time.

This course is built around the way I work in nature.

Simple things that really help:
🌿 Mindfulness and grounding
🌿 Breathwork to calm the body
🌿 Forest therapy practices
🌿 Plant connection (including Plantwave)
🌿 Gentle practical skills like fire lighting and water filtering

And just as important…
A space to talk, connect, or just sit quietly without pressure.

Everything is done at a steady pace. No expectations, no pressure to share, just meeting you where you’re at.

This is a one off designed copper tensor wand with a quartz crystal wrapped in tensor wire. The handle is made from 2 x Earth resonance 333mhz straight line cubit.
