Standing on the line …

The feeling is overwhelming, all consuming and you can feel like giving up ! Why wouldn’t you, it’s not the first time you failed …

Well it’s because you did nothing wrong, you’re a good person and an amazing soul who wears their heart on their sleeve, over gives, creates moments, goes the extra mile and you believed this was it !

Don’t stop believing, don’t think differently, don’t stop blowing dandelions or making a wish on a shooting star. Don’t let their behaviour change your dreams and magic.

Take time, heal and rejuvenate, you will bounce back. walk with bravery next time and ensure you see the red flags 🚩 protect your boundaries and set your standards. Your not on offer, you’re priceless, so let them pay full price for your amazing-ness

They want you to learn from their lessons and not repeat mistakes or bad choices. Red flags are guidance, gut feelings are guidance. Sometimes we still take the wrong path even if someone is holding a door open with a light on !!

Be careful who you let in …

Deciding who eats at life’s table is very important. Toxic people can effect your physical health, mental health and finances ! Toxic people can be parents, siblings, children, neighbours, religious leaders, teachers. If it’s toxic to you then remove contact as much as possible, ideally totally.

Red flags 🚩 should not be ignored ! You wouldn’t ignore a sign that said caution ⛔️ cliff edge ahead, would you ?

You are a spiritual being even if you don’t believe it right now. You have an in built alarm system. It’s not lying to you.
