I have over 15 years experience with working along side our elderly community, I am happy to help with the upmost respect, trust and above all dignity.
My services include:

• Shopping
• Helping around the home (light house keeping, preparing meals, Gardening)
• prescription collection
• something as simple as companionship
• or what ever else you may need a Helping hand with.

I am here to help, not to take over or make you feel any less capable.

I also offer a sit in service if you’re a main carer but need a few hours to yourself or attend an appointment.

Fully insured and DBS checked along with the following certificates

• level 3 diploma in health and social care

• first aid

• food hygiene level 2

• safeguarding vulnerable adults

I have personal references that can also be seen upon request.

My hours do work around my two children, but where possible I will make the time for you or your loved one.
