Another successful EQA visit in the bag, and we are absolutely thrilled about it! 😁

Scheduled External Quality Assurer (EQA) visits, carried out on behalf of the awarding organisations we work with, help make sure we're staying compliant, following best practices, and giving every candidate a fair and consistent experience.

We are therefore delighted to share that last week's visit on behalf of ProQual Awarding Body came back with glowing feedback and no actions required, a huge win for Team SHE Knows!

This gives our learners complete confidence that they're getting the best possible support, their assessments are carried out to a high, consistent standard, and their hard-earned achievements are backed by a decent quality assured process.

Thank you to all SHE Knows staff and assessors who have helped us achieve this, as well as the candidates who helpfully gave up their time to speak to the EQA about their experiences.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat. We know how busy these events can be so we are genuinely grateful to each person who took the time to talk with us about our professional training & NVQs. We're delighted to share that Matt King, one of the members of our fantastic NVQ assessment team, will be joining us on the stand for Day 1 (Tuesday) of the Safety, Health & Wellbeing Live show in Manchester next week.

If you previously studied with SVT, you may recognise his name. Matt joined SHE Knows following the closure of SVT, and during his time here has been able to reconnect with many of his former candidates, helping them continue on their NVQ journey with SHE Knows.

If you were affected by the closure of SVT, especially if you were previously working with Matt towards your H&S NVQ, do stop by and say hello! We may even be able to help you secure your certificate!

Big smiles from Millie collecting her certificate for the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Practice in person from our office yesterday!

Millie joined SHE Knows to continue her NVQ following the closure of her previous learning provider. Serendipitously, her previous assessor, Matt, had also moved over to SHE Knows to continue assessing, so they were able to pick up where they left off seamlessly and get Millie her qualification.

Congratulations Millie 😁
