New Perspective Care are now recruiting the following:

Deputy Manager:
Must Hold or be working towards NVQ 5 and have a good understanding of fundamental standards and regulated activity.
Salary Negotiable: £36000+

Team Leader:
£14.00ph (£60 Sleep Rate)
Complex mental health experience desired but not essential. To support a young lady within her own home with daily living tasks and emotional support.

Support Workers x3
£12.00ph (£60.00 Sleep Rate)

2x supporting young lady within her own home with daily living tasks under support of a Team Leader.
(Immediate Start Available)

1x Supporting a young gentlemen with independence tasks. And supporting with accessing the community safely. (February Start)

Bank Night Staff
£14.50ph - to cover emergency crisis requirement.
EUPD experience desired but not essential

Shifts
7am - 11pm
11pm - 7am (Sleep)
7am - 3pm
3pm - 11pm

What is New Perspective Care?

New Perspective Care is the up and coming lead provider for Hull and surrounding areas.
It’s focus is supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Complex Mental Health to learn the life skills and independence to continue life within there own home.

New Perspective Care also supports individuals who have been previously supported in a prison or unit transition back into the community in a positive and safe way.

There are a range of professionals working alongside NPC including Teachers, Nurses, Clinical Leads and Social Workers to ensure all individuals have the best person centred plan from there transition and throughout.
