📍 Locations:
Hull, Hessle, Anlaby, Cottingham, Pocklington, Market Weighton, Goole, Scunthorpe, Barnsley, Leeds, Driffield, Bridlington & Wakefield.

⏰ Hours:
Full-time – 7am to 10pm

🚗 Driving:
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle

💷 Pay & Benefits:
• £12.50 per hour
• Travel time paid at £12.21 per hour
• Mileage paid at 40p per mile
• Full training provided
• Ongoing support from a friendly, experienced team
• Enhanced DBS check covered

💙 Your Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes to live safely, comfortably, and independently.

Your duties will include:
• Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Preparing meals and supporting dietary needs
• Administering or assisting with medication (as trained)
• Light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
• Providing companionship, emotional support, and social interaction
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
• Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate records
• Always respecting dignity, privacy, and personal choice

• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
• Strong communication and people skills
• Reliability, trustworthiness, and flexibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and time-management skills



🎓 Qualifications & Experience (Desirable, not essential)

• Previous care or support experience
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• First Aid training
• Understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and equality

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistant to provide support for a middle-aged female service user based in Hedon.

This is a rewarding role for someone who is caring, patient and enjoys supporting others to live independently in their own home.

Role Responsibilities
• Assisting with personal care and daily routines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Supporting with light household tasks related to care

Requirements
• Female applicants only (in line with care needs)
• Previous care experience preferred, but not essential
• Reliable and punctual

Role Details
