We’ve found our new groove at Larkins Marquee 🥰! (even had the disco ball on tonight!🤣). Thank you to all those that have attended classes over the past few weeks.
Gratitude to all those that have moved with me and fabulous to welcome so many new faces into class.

As most of you will know by now, the studio on princes avenue has now closed. Was an abrupt “ending” but we’ll leave that in 2025!
As we step into 2026 we also step into our new yoga home! And I’m excited to let you know that we will be continuing our weekly classes at the same times just in a different venue 🙂at Larkins Marquee on Newland Avenue.
Tuesdays at 6.00pm and 7.15pm.

Thank you for the grounding Eco therapy session Tanya and to both you and Melissa for organising the events. 🥰
There’s another session next week(13th) 10am-12 noon with Melissa and Tanya. I can’t make that one but Get yourselves along it’ll be fab ! Xx💛

Lovely yoga session in the park this morning with Melissa and Jobi.🥰 more sessions on the 6th and 13th of July. Classes are donation based. Next week it’s my turn and will be running a somatic yoga session. Getting in deep with micromovements to release stress and tension. Tanya will be offering some nature therapy invitations with the theme of perspectives. Be great to see you on the bowling green from 10-12 noon for either one or both sessions, next Sunday on the 6th. 🥰🥰💛💛
