Soon it's the "I hate my legs" time of the year 🥲 Poor legs.

It's ok to want to get to a more comfortable weight and fit into our favorite clothes better. It plays a huge part of our identity and wellbeing

What's not ok is shaming and punishing your way there

The next morning Nickie responded with that she held a squat so long at a hen do this weekend that everyone was impressed…

Didn't feel like training today (due on and can't seem to shake this cold 🫩). I could not find a good enough excuse not to train and ended up pulling 95kg, and my double unders felt good!

Despite what social media says, every cycle is different and sometimes you can have great workouts in your luteal phase

If I'm not feeling it I ask myself "is it my body or my mind saying no?"

If it's my mind, I do it anyway (probably whinging my way through 😂), but if it's my body, it's a hard no

Hitting my old deadlift weights for reps was one of my 2026 fitness goals ✔️ so that was a nice surprise today 🥰
