W O R K S H O P / Purify your Soul, Awaken and Shine- Sunday 30th June - 10am.
Now the dull days of Winter are over, it’s time to energise ourselves for summer.
Emily will lead you through this Hatha based workshop, all with the intention to detox, lengthen, raise vibrations and shine. The physical practise of yoga in this workshop will be based on chakra activation and will also contain lots of twists. Alongside this we will be exploring Meditation to purify our minds and ground ourselves, Pranayama (breathing exercises) to detoxify, Kundalini Yoga to awaken the soul and chanting of mantras to energise.
This workshop is aimed at anyone of any level of flexibility and anyone who wants to deepen their mind-body connection.
If attending please make sure, you either come on an empty stomach or have had something light before, as we will be twisting in this practise.
£25 per person
3 hours

GOODBYE FB!
We will be deleting our page and only using Instagram (mindfully 😀) from Friday 7th June!

I find it very difficult to be mindful with all the notifications and distractions we have constantly pinging off on our phones, not to mention the snooping and targeted advertising that Facebook sends our way. I have taken the decision to delete my personal Facebook and Yoga Room page to streamline the notifications, content update schedule and messages down to one social media platform (Instagram) and our website.
