Last nights darts competition was a huge success! The competition was fierce with Pauline and Margaret going head to head in the final but Pauline brought home the winning trophy! A special thanks to our wellbeing team and Sarah & James for all their help.

🎨✨ A Heartfelt Day on Maple Court! ✨🎨
Our wonderful carers spent some special quality time with residents today, working together on a beautiful collaborative art project. 💕🖌️
It was a joyful afternoon filled with creativity, laughter, and connection — a true celebration of the incredible talents of both our residents and staff. 🌟
We can’t wait to show you the amazing things we’re creating together! Stay tuned… something truly special is on its way. 💫

We had a creative morning with coloured sand art. It’s a lot harder than it looks, it’s quite a fiddly process but hugely rewarding.

🙏 Prayer & Praise at Magnolia House 🎶
We had the most joyous Prayer and Praise session this morning as 12 of our lovely residents were joined by Steve from Priory Baptist Church, who led us in a truly uplifting and heartwarming time together.
This clip captures one of the quieter moments — often, we’re so caught up in the spirit and joy of it all that we forget to film! But even this short snapshot gives a glimpse of just how special and meaningful our prayer and praise sessions can be. 💛
A big thank you to Steve for his time, warmth, and inspiring words. We’re already looking forward to the next one!

A Taste of India for Magnolia House! 🇮🇳🍛
Last night’s visit to Maya Spice was an absolute treat! The staff were brilliant – so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Their kindness and hospitality made the evening truly special.
And to top it all off… they gave us our meal at a special discount price! Incredible food, fantastic service, and lots of happy faces all round. 💛🌟
Thank you, Maya Spice – we’ll definitely be back!

Love is always in the air at Maple 💕
One of our lovely Maple residents Pam and her husband, Stan, enjoyed a sweet lunch date at Darleys Pub in Hessle recently. It’s moments like these that remind us — romance is very much alive and well.
