You don't need motivation.
It's an unreliable variable.
Initially, you may have it and may help get you started, but it is not the driving force for training.
What you in fact need to focus on is:
1- Stop looking for it, develop habit first and the motivation will come over time.
2- Do exercise that you enjoy doing, train somewhere you enjoy being, you will find it much easier to stick to it.
3- Focus on WHY you train, what is the driving force of your training and is it working for you?
4- Sometimes its just better to move in which ever way works for you, it's always better than doing nothing.
