SPECIAL EVENT IN CELEBRATION OF WOMEN

Sunday the 8th March is International Women's Day, and all over the world events are taking place to promote and empower Women.

I am organising a wonderful event called "Wellbeing Warrior Women's Circle" which dedicates a couple of hours to your wellbeing, and to what it means to be a Woman in todays world.

There will be mindfulness, guided meditation, sound bath, oracle cards, journaling and discussion, plus refreshments and a token gift.

I will be donating 20% of your investment to a local Women's Charity, and I will be asking your opinions on that.

This is at a special price of £15.00 pp

This will be a beautifully relaxing, yet stimulating experience which will set you up for the week ahead.

If you are using personal devices at work this should be part of a noise risk assessment for the reason mentioned below.
If you or your children are listening to music through headphones for periods of more than 1 hour each day, you could be damaging your hearing…

If you were to use your smartphone at work with headphones at full volume the Noise at Work regulations would allow you to listen for only 15 to 20 minutes in any 24-hour period.
