Finding stillness in nature. 🍃
I used to think winter was the time to stay indoors, warm and cosy watching a film. And don’t get me wrong that’s nice too. But we can get so lost in our busy lives that being surrounded by nature for an hour or two will make a difference.
This year I’ve taken on adding more walks, not just to explore this beautiful country (England) but to help my mind and my body relax and also to help me feel more connected to myself.
So If you’re feeling a little bit disconnected from yourself I really recommend you go on that walk in nature you’ve been wanting to go on for while. It will help!! just remember to take deep breaths and really allow yourself to be there and enjoy the moment, the feelings and the views.
