So I have just wrapped up on an Achilles tendinitis issue my client has had for 8 weeks.
We have done 4 sessions, including massage, iastm and rehab!
Now, there is nothing more I love on a achilles issue than to get my iastm tool under the Achilles to create some friction but right away, from the start the clear issue with my client was weakness πͺπ»β
Poor footwear choices, lack of mobility pre exercise and constantly skipping calf day has resulted in this chronic issue.
A VERY important, but continuously overlooked muscle when is comes to calf /Achilles issues is the Tibialis Anterior. Strengthening this must be included in Achilles rehab πͺπ»π₯
