This is an amazing opportunity for new dads in Hull. As anyone knows, i am very passionate about support for expectant and new dads and want everyone to know of what is happening.

For 4 weeks, starting 18th April, Dads with babies over 6 week old can join an infant massage course that provides a great learning and bonding experience! Sessions take place at Gypsyville Library 10:30 - 11:30, and are free to join but must be booked. Please call 01482 324063 or email admin@homestarthull.org.uk 😄

I will shortly be offering the service of sensory equipment hire such as calming tents, pods to support sensory inclusion and a safe calming space for the SEND arena. This small area would be great for birthdays, festivals, christenings etc. Let me know if anyone hears of any open days or school events that may benefit from looking at this.

Hi All

Just wanted to give a quick update as to all i am doing at the current time. It has been extremely busy, how we like it :)

We now have a partnership with 6 schools and academies within Hull and Scunthorpe to go in to do therapy sessions. All the schools have been incredibly supportive. We are shortly doing some online Neurodiversity Awareness Training and Practical Support Strategies for Parents/Carers. There is still some limited space for me to work within schools if your child needs any support around neurodiversity, school avoidance, bullyin, coping strategies and more. If you get in touch direct, i will look at any availability

The neuro communicatuon cards are now ready and can be bought either through the website at £16.50 or for a short time on the page at £12. The pack consists of 35 cards incluside of different aspects of Neurodiversity, 3 communication cards and 2 breathing exercises (and a free fidget). These are great to have as a support tool in school, for parents, in daily life and at work. Send me a message direct for any info or to purchase. These will be on Amazon and Etsy from next Tuesday.

Shortly there will be some eventbrite courses around support for new dads. Hypnotherapy and breathwork for parents and also some professional courses.

Lastly, i have a good amount of Hypnotherapy clients 2x stop smoking, weight-loss, bullying and support a local kickboxer for an upcoming comp. There is availability for sessions either Hypnotherapy or Coaching at the current time.

UPDATE- Thanks to everyone who privately messaged in regards to this post yesterday. Already have 1 of the 2 days fully booked now, cheers Adam. Had some more schools approach which is very positive :)

I am currently running a pilot scheme supporting children and teens who are struggling within school some who are Neurodiverse, some who are being bullied or struggling in other areas. Should anyone need support in this area please get in touch as i will try to work it around my current schedule of going into schools. It is certainly a big need at present.

I am opening my diary back up for Coaching and Hypnotherapy also. These can be at the therapy room at Brigg or Willerby but i am happy to do home-visits and work through a plan of support. Now that we are getting to the end of January, lets start looking at being the best version of yourself ♡
