I happen to know, for a fact, that I have former members out there who want to come back to a Slimming World group right now but they feel ashamed and embarrassed about doing so because they have been members maybe more than once before and because they know they have gained weight since leaving group🫣

In their minds they may see themselves as failures and while they know that the love and support they experienced before will still be waiting for them in group something is stopping them from taking that step back through our doors❤️

And I get that 🫶🏻I really do. It’s a hard thing to do. Often harder than it was to come through the door the first time.

If this is ringing any bells then this message is aimed directly at you...👉🏼

You have absolutely NOTHING to be ashamed or embarrassed about! We ALL struggle now and again, we ALL have lives that get in the way now and again, we ALL gain weight now and again when we stop food optimising....which is why we ALL understand that things can go wrong💫

I can’t physically get you back into group...you have to take a deep breath and do that bit...but I can meet you at the door if you like...and once there I give you my word that there will be no judgement, no shame, no guilt...just a big hug, a smile and a plan of action to get you back on track and moving back towards your happy weight once again. If you’re worried send me a message and we can have a chat📲

The last few weeks we saw lots of members come back to us...they’re glad they did and so am I 🥰

As soon as summer is over we're always bombarded with weight loss organisations offering us "cheap deals" and "quick fixes" to get us on board in September.
Rest assured that at Slimming World in we'll be offering the same as we've always offered...we regularly offer free and half price membership (that's not a new thing for us) but, more importantly, we offer a healthy eating plan that WORKS, the love, friendship and support that you'll find in your Slimming World group and the genuine care and empathy of a Slimming World Consultant who knows just how you're feeling and is willing to do everything in her power to help you achieve your dream and find your smile again. And on top of everything else...we'll make it fun too! When we have all that we don't need extra gimmicks!
If you've been a member before but the time wasn't right then...we're still here for you now
And if you're brand new and wanting to give slimming a go...we're here for you too.
This is NOT a quick fix diet...this is Food Optimising.
