Our lovely yoga instructor Paige is wanting to introduce a chair yoga session to The Studio on a Saturday. If you know anyone who may benefit from a relaxing friendly session, and may not be on social media, please direct them to Paige and if there’s enough interest this will become a regular weekly class. Just want to pop on and say on behalf of myself (Katie) and Kirsty, a massive thank you to everyone that comes in to use our brilliant spaces. We love a challenge and when we took over another 2 empty units in January we couldn’t imagine the community we’ve built in less than a year…. A , , , , , and extension technician, ….. the list is endless and we’ve only just started!!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trusting us with your beautiful businesses. Today is World Mental Health Day. The Studio has a range of services to help keep your mental health in the best possible condition, from yoga and fitness classes to sound baths and breath work. We also have a counselling service starting soon and other community sessions in the pipe line.
