Sunlight is more than mood-boosting - it’s a hormone balancer 🌞

Getting early natural light helps regulate:
-Melatonin (for better sleep)
-Cortisol (stress response)
-Oestrogen and progesterone (especially key in perimenopause!)

A few minutes of morning light can help:
-Balance your cycle
-Improve sleep
-Lift low moods

Try sitting outside with your tea, walking without sunglasses, or simply opening a window first thing.

"Felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Very informative and very professional. I had just done a 12hr night shift and had no sleep. Felt lethargic when I arrived: I couldn’t believe how awake I was at the end of the treatment.
