PS - Mac and his bestie got silver and Mac got bronze in his individual karate event at the British Open. So proud 😍😍

Just to let everyone know tomorrow is my last working day until Sunday 31st August. We are taking a well earned holiday & then Mac is competing in the British Championships! 🥋. The phone is being left at home so all messages will be replied to when we return (hopefully with some medals 🙏🏼) Thanks and see you all soon 🩷

Some more stills of the new room. The Studio is mine and Kirsty’s 2nd business so this has been such hard work renovating it between kids, work, house moves and Uni degrees.

The feedback from the yoga studio has blown us away so we can’t wait see what you all think to this!

Run!!!!!! 2 appointments have just become available for tomorrow. 10:10am and 11:20am. These are suitable for any treatment…. Acupuncture, sports therapy or laser. These are my last appointments until August so first come first served x

As well as laser treatments, I also do acupuncture and sports massage. Some of my clients say this is what I’m doing to them but I dont believe a word of it 😂😂😎

Look at this gorgeousness!!! My client had old lipliner tattoo which had migrated past the vermillion border, creating the illusion of misshapen lips. After just 2 sessions we have crisped up the edges giving her a beautiful shape once again 💋💋. Subtle changes making a big difference x
