Good Morning Everyone

I hope you are all safe and well.

We are slowly getting back to normal and we will be back to near normal opening hours starting this week. Please bear with us whilst we do this as there may be days where we are unable to open until our stated closing times.

I would just like to thank everyone who has understood the need for us to reduce our opening hours over the last few months and I hope that we have continued to provide the best service we can given the circumstances.

If there is anything you want to ask us regarding your prescriptions, delivery or stock issues please do not hesitate to contact us and one of the team will be happy to help.

Good afternoon

Hope you are all staying safe and well.

Over the last two months pharmacy has faced an unprecedented demand on services and teams across the whole sector have worked tirelessly to ensure medication is delivered and ready as well as continuing to provide all the other services required of us.

We have had reduced opening hours so that teams can get some rest between shifts and also have time to catch up on dispensing without been disturbed.

I would like to thank everyone for your understanding at this time and I hope that we have proven to be a valuable service to you. If you could all take a second to sign this petition to make sure the government understands just how important pharmacy is I would be grateful.

WE HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF INSTANCES OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS OF PEOPLE COMING TO THE PHARMACY ONLY TO INFORM US THEY HAVE SYMPTOMS WHILST WE ARE SERVING THEM!

This is the last thing we needed during this very busy period. Thanks to everyone who has understood the pressures we have faced over the last couple of weeks and we are doing our best to ensure that we get caught up as quickly as we can.

It has caused a backlog in medication deliveries

Good evening.

I would just like to thank the vast majority of people for understanding the work load we currently are dealing with.

Just for information purposes we are currently running about 5 days behind. We are working tirelessly to ensure we get caught up. To enable us to do this we are having to close for an hour during the opening hours displayed.

We are not doing this to annoy or cause distress to anyone but purely to give the team time to dispense medications ready for collection and delivery.

All our deliveries from suppliers are restricted too at the moment and this is meaning that stock which would have come in next day is taking and extra day or two days in some cases.

Please bear with us whilst we work hard behind the scenes to ensure you all receive your medication on time. If you are running very low on your medicines please contact us and we will do our best to get them done.

We are aware that as the situation progresses more and more patients will require prescriptions delivering. We will do our best to ensure where possible we can cater for this but we can not guarantee a time or day for delivery.

I and the team thank you for your understanding in what is possibly the worst situation that any of us have ever seen and we want to wish you all well and please stay safe.
