Should you take exercise classes before or after work?

You would say it really depends on the person. However, working out before breakfast helps you burn fat more effectively and it jump starts your metabolism. Also, if you are going to do it first thing in the morning it is more likely to exercise regularly, otherwise your daytime schedule might take over and before you know it the day has gone without your exercise routine.

How to walk in your lunch time?

Are you not up for a walk on your own? Or because of social distancing it is not allowed walking in groups anymore? Strenuous walking is the best exercise possible, even better than running. What I have started to do is follow the walking exercise classes of Leslie Sansone. You can find them on YouTube and she has beginners to more advance from 1 mile to 4 miles walks. You will be sweating by the end.
